My printer ended up having a bad part, and dealing with support was more stressful than I thought it would be. They kept asking me for photos and the same information over and over, which got really frustrating fast. The warranty did cover the replacement, so I’ll give them that, but the shipping took forever. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience, just way too slow and annoying for something that should’ve been simple

I really wanted to like this printer, but my prints kept coming out the wrong size and messy. I leveled it, changed settings, tried the usual troubleshooting, and somehow it still couldn’t manage consistent results. Support gave me a few tips, which was nice, I guess, but they didn’t actually fix anything. For the price, I was expecting a lot better accuracy, not a fun little routine of wasting resin, time, and patience. Definitely won’t be buying from them again.

I bought this from elegoo thinking I was getting a solid deal, but it left me a bit disappointed. Some of the parts felt cheaper than I expected, and I ended up having to spend extra on fixes and little things I assumed would’ve been included. Maybe other people will have a better experience with it, but for me, the value just wasn’t really there :-/

I bought this from Elegoo and, honestly... I wasn’t very happy with it. At first it seemed okay, nothing amazing but usable, and I figured it would be fine once I got going with it.
After a short time though, little problems started popping up. Some of the parts just felt cheap, and I kept having to check on it or fix small things, which got old quickly.

For the price, I really expected it to feel more reliable. Maybe I just got a bad one, but based on my experience... I probably wouldn’t buy it again...

I’m still waiting on my order and haven’t gotten any updates at all. It’s taking longer than… I don’t even know, just way too long
